It performs under 1.3GHz quad core processor and runs with android v5.1.1 lollipop version. Overall, a phones not very attractive in terms of features but a decent one. At this price range, if you go to other brand then you could buy a smartphone offering 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM, OTG, more better specifications.
