Huawei has released the Y5 Lite (2018) in Bangladesh on November 2018 as a lower budget phones. This phone is now priced at Tk 7,999. However, the phone didn’t get enough sales in the first few month due to some major lacking considering the price.

The phone has a 5.45 inch IPS capacitive touchscreen display with the resolution of 720×1480 pixels. It’s hard to expect better than this display from such a top brands at this price.

The Y5 Lite performs with Quad core 1.5GHz Mediatek MT6739 chip which coupled with 1GB RAM and PowerVR GE8100 GPU. The 1GB RAM isn’t sound perfect at this price and with such a low processor and graphics high-quality games are not possible to play in this device. When it comes to the storages, a 16GB of internal storage is more than enough at this price.

Huawei has improved the back camera of Y5 Lite but still the cameras are not best. It has a 8MP rear and 5MP front cameras. Talking about best cameras, these cameras can still offer you satisfactory photography at this price.

It has a Li-ion 3020 mAh battery which is enough to keep you device running all day long at normal use. Other Key features are including, OTG and 4G Network.

Should You Buy This Phone?

If you are a hardcore gamer or used a phone lot then this Y5 Lite (2018) isn’t best choice for you. However, if you love big screen and need good battery life alongside OTG, or decent cameras at low budget then this is for you!
